We are committed to helping those in need. A Second Home for You provides a number of services including:

• Housing – a place to call your own in an environment built on mutual respect, support and long-standing friendships.

• Resource center – We provide information to other agencies who may be able to assist you in areas that reach beyond our expertise.

• Mentoring– Many of our students get left behind scholastically for one reason or another. We are committed to helping our children to reach their highest learning potential by providing mentors to teach, support and encourage them, helping them to become well-rounded individuals.

• Tutoring services – Often times our students need that extra attention in grasping certain learning concepts. ASHFY strives to make the learning process easier.

It is the mission of “A Second Home for You” to bridge the gap between foster care and adult living. Assisting young adults who have aged out of the foster care system.

Vision
To become a more productive. A Second Home for You plans to provide transitional housing throughout Cleveland for adult males age 18 – 25 years.

Goal
Our ultimate goal is to make available the necessary resources to assist young adults in continuing their education and/or vocational training, while providing shelter. We are committed to increasing their life skills in order to succeed as valuable members of society.
